Neukine 300mcg injections are used to boost white cell count in patients who are undergoing chemotherapy or bone marrow transplant. Although it causes substantial increase in number of lymphocytes, this drug is not free from some side effects. The side effects include allergic reaction to drug in form of rash, hives, itching and swelling of mouth and lips. Some patients may also experience difficulty breathing along with chest pain.

Some individuals who are using Neukine 300mcg injections may also experience dizziness, rapid and heartbeat as well as sever weakness. Side effects like shoulder pain, muscle weakness and skeletal pain are also observed. Nausea and vomiting can also be experienced.
